This is really cool: Chinese music/rock awards. Miserable Faith won a lot of the categories, including album of the year. I absolutely love that album of theirs ♥ Helen won in the female singer category, which is also awesome. Not particularly fond of the other nominees. But, I object to AK-47 getting best metal performance. I've actually only heard their second album, but it generally wasn't too pleasant; meanwhile, Voodoo Kungfu are killer; I'd choose Ordnance over AK-47, too. Hell, even Suffocated are better. Dude from Honey Gun and Spring Autumn also won a category and both those bands are good, so that's nice.

Worked four hours today. Fridays are pretty painful. All day tomorrow and then a couple of my friends are getting together and we're gonna watch some scary movies. Hopefully it'll be fun.

I did some serious shopping tonight: a black sweater and a red sweater from Dynamite, grey pants, a pink tanktop and a grey/pink striped sweater from Garage, a book from Chapters, flats and sunglasses from Payless (they had a really good sale on) and some underwear. I spent too much money lol.

So, after a month and eight days of waiting, I finally have it!

Monday we went to this mall in Novi, Michigan and I found this awesome store called Metro Park. I've never seen one in another mall and I'm really picky about clothing (which is why I have none), but the clothes were so nice. I didn't actually buy anything though, because it was all too damn expensive. Shirts onsale for $60.00, some regular price for $109.00 O____O I picked a mere tank top that was $89.00. I envy the people who can buy stuff there :(

Yay for Dir en grey tour! I have that AP subscription from the TOC presale, so I get one every month and The Human Abstract have an ad in there. Cool album cover, but I don't think they sound all that great :/ Why couldn't they play at St. Andrew's Hall again? Pontiac's 45 minutes away...

omg @ the world. Who cares if some other little girl sang but wasn't shown at the Olympics? Not that I'm really condoning that, but everyone makes it out to be some horrible event. I think she will live. Speaking of Olympics, Canada's not doing so well. We're not even in the top 50 countries!

Tomorrow is laptop shopping and then work. Ugh D:
